Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Roomlit you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Roomlit uses generative AI to produce redesigned versions of user-uploaded room photographs along with a structured audit (shopping list, materials, estimated costs). Outputs are creative suggestions, not architectural plans or contractor quotes. You are solely responsible for any purchases or renovations you undertake based on Roomlit outputs.
Shopping links may be localized retailer searches or exact links from an approved product catalog. Some tagged links may earn Roomlit a commission at no additional cost to you. Retailer availability, pricing, shipping, and returns are controlled by the retailer.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not upload images you do not have the right to share.
- Do not upload images of people without their consent or content you do not have the right to process.
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes, harassment, or to generate prohibited content.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer the model orchestration.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- The Pro plan renews automatically until canceled. Pricing, currency, billing interval, and taxes are shown before payment.
- You can cancel from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access generally continues through the current paid period.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are handled under applicable law and Razorpay's terms.
- Where shown at checkout, the Razorpay trial requires an autopay authorization and may convert to a paid Pro subscription unless canceled before the stated trial end.
5. Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of photos you upload.
- Free users may use generated designs for personal inspiration. Pro users may use their generated designs for their own commercial marketing materials, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
- Outputs are AI-generated. You may not claim they were wholly human-authored or use them to mislead others.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, accuracy of generated designs, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI outputs may contain errors, inventions, or implausible content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomlit's aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to Roomlit in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You can delete your account data at any time from account settings. Deleting app data does not necessarily delete a separate Blueblood ID identity.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by your local law.
